Loyalty Program
Stay at A HOTELS and enjoy exclusive benefits
With the aim of fostering long-term trust and rewarding our valued guests, we have introduced a Loyalty Program that provides an array of exclusive benefits and privileges. This program encompasses all properties within the A HOTELS chain, including Izvor Arandjelovac, Tornik Zlatibor, Park Vrnjacka Banja, Slatina Vrnjacka Banja, and Sloboda Sabac.
Depending on the number of overnight stays, reservations, and total spending within 12 months across all hotels in our chain, guests become eligible for a specific status within the Loyalty Program. The program offers the following membership tiers:
- Classic
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- VIP
By fulfilling at least two out of the three specified criteria, program members gain access to a range of exclusive benefits.

The designated Loyalty status entitles guests to utilize the corresponding benefits exclusively for reservations made in their own name and for the room in which they are personally staying. Furthermore, reservations must be made directly through the hotel reception rather than via third-party agents or online booking platforms. Guests are required to inform the reception of their Loyalty card membership at the time of booking and must present the card upon check-in when requested.
While the Loyalty cards are not visually personalized (except for VIP status cards), they contain an electronic record that verifies ownership and the validity period of the allocated benefits.
